Poor Nutrition before or during the healing process can delay your recovery.  Nutrition plays a huge role in how fast (and how well) you heal.  Many foods, including fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and protein sources have been shown to reduce inflammation, improve immune function, promote healing, and provide the fuel necessary for the best outcome.  Along with your surgeon, we will tailor your diet to maximize your healing while you recover at home.

Fruit and pressed fruit juices

With your surgeon, we will tailor your menu to help with faster healthy healing.

Supplements

After a consultation with your surgeon, we will put a supplement plan together for your recovery journey.  As with everything there are good and bad supplements, so we will use great care in developing a great supplemental program.
